A Great Trainer Can Save Your Life

In the early spring of 2015 my wife and I had been working with Jamel Mitchell as our trainer for less than a year. Jamel noticed that I was starting to struggle with our workout routines and asked what was wrong. I told him I was having issues with heartburn and was sleeping poorly but it was no big deal because I could just take antacid. Jamel nagged me for weeks to go to the doctor but I resisted the idea. Finally Jamel said to me that it sounded more like aortal angina than heartburn (he knew I was a heart patient) and insisted I go to the doctor. One failed treadmill stress test and failed heart catheter procedure I ended up with a quadruple bypass. My cardiologist told me I was likely only weeks away from an almost certainly fatal heart attack. A great trainer can save your life because Jamel Mitchell certainly saved mine.
